Yale Interview Experience

Yale interview is done with.

The interview centered on "what" and "why" of my education and professional life. Which college and what courses I attended, why I chose the college / course. Why did I choose the company I work for? What was the motivation behind my professional choices? What were my responsibilities in various roles? What were the challenges? What is the kind of software we build? What are the challenges during interaction with Japanese clients?

Other kind of questions included: What would be the impact on my company if I left? Does my supervisor support my decision? What do I want to do post MBA? Why Yale?

At the end I asked him a few questions I had. He told me that I could expect to hear back by mid-March.

Overall it was more of a pleasant discussion rather than an interview. Yet again the wait for decisions continues...
