One of those days

This was one of those days... What kind of day? Well... One which requires a lot of you. But don't have too much to show for in terms of tangible output. A lot of effort spent to listen to my team members, to understand their concerns, and to try and resolve them. The first two parts are OK, I do that a lot, however the third part, resolving concerns is something I could not do a lot about today. Well, tomorrow is another day, so I will make a fresh attempt at it.

On another front, I may need to travel to Japan for around one month or so. Normally, I look forward to such visits, but right now I would like to get results from ISB before deciding whether to go or not. Let's see how this turns out.

On yet another front, the Yale interview is scheduled in a few days time, so I need to take some time out for it.
